Summary
The Senior Mechanical Engineer / Designer is responsible for the delivery of projects that involve mechanical systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings including, but not limited to, conceptualization, design, development, services during construction, and quality assurance. Working together with the management team, fellow engineers / designers, and drafters, the senior mechanical engineer will be responsible for all technical aspects of project design and delivery for systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. As a senior mechanical engineer / designer, it is expected that you can work with little to no supervision in evaluating project requirements, collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, designing the required systems and solutions, as well as overseeing the delivery throughout construction. You’ll be responsible for mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexities and ensuring the projects are managed successfully in terms of design and staff and that they are completed on schedule (dates agreed) and budged (hours planned) to meet client expectations. |

The Intermediate Mechanical Engineer / Designer, under the supervision of Senior Mechanical Engineer(s) / Designer(s), is responsible for the delivery of projects that involve mechanical systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings including, but not limited to, conceptualization, design, development, services during construction, and quality assurance. Working together with the senior mechanical engineer / designer, the management team, fellow engineers / designers, and drafters, the intermediate mechanical engineer will be responsible for all technical aspects of project design and delivery for systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. As an intermediate mechanical engineer / designer, it is expected that you will work under the supervision of senior staff to grow your competencies and skills in evaluating project requirements, collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, designing the required systems and solutions, as well as overseeing the delivery throughout construction. You’ll be responsible for mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexities and ensuring the projects are managed successfully in terms of design and staff and that they are completed on schedule (dates agreed) and budged (hours planned) to meet client expectations. |

As a senior electrical engineer / designer, it is expected that you can work with little to no supervision in evaluating project requirements, collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, designing the required systems and solutions, as well as overseeing the delivery throughout construction. You’ll be responsible for electrical engineering projects of various sizes and complexities and ensuring the projects are managed successfully in terms of design and staff and that they are completed on schedule (dates agreed) and budged (hours planned) to meet client expectations. |
